Nexivo is a multi-tenant website-building platform that enables users to create and manage websites or digital business cards (vCards) using pre-designed templates. The service is provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Nexivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
Nexivo offers pre-designed templates for various industries. You may customize these templates within the limits of our platform. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce any template in any form outside of your Nexivo account.
Some features require payment. All prices are clearly listed and are subject to change.
By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Nexivo does not offer refunds for services already rendered or subscriptions after the renewal date unless required by law.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or offensive content
Infringe on any intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Nexivo systems or user data
All content, templates, branding, and intellectual property on Nexivo are owned by Distech Technologies (Pty) Ltd or licensed for use. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform only as permitted.
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content or actions of these third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your websites and data hosted on Nexivo.
Nexivo is provided "as-is." We make no warranties about the availability, reliability, or performance of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
