You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Business Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your business information and service listings. Nexivo reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.

5. Payments

Payments processed through the platform are subject to our payment terms. Nexivo charges a platform fee as described in our Pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

The Nexivo platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Nexivo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
