How do I create a Nexivo account?
Click Get Started Free on the home page, fill in your details, and follow the setup wizard to create your business profile. It takes less than 5 minutes.
How do I add services to my page?
From your dashboard, go to Services and click Add Service. Fill in the service name, description, duration, and price. Your services will appear on your public booking page immediately.
How do I share my booking page?
Your unique booking link is your Nexivo URL (e.g., nexivo.co/your-business-name). Share it on WhatsApp status, Instagram bio, Facebook, or your website.
Bookings & Clients
How do clients book an appointment?
Clients visit your booking page, select a service, choose a time slot, and submit their details. You'll receive a WhatsApp notification instantly.
Can I set my availability?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Availability to set your working hours for each day of the week.
What happens when a client books?
You receive a WhatsApp message with the client's details. You can confirm, reschedule, or decline directly from WhatsApp.

Is Nexivo free?
Yes, we offer a free forever plan. See our Pricing page for details on what's included in each plan.
How do I cancel my account?
You can delete your account from your Dashboard settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
